In everyday life, we often operate on autopilot, guided by instincts, emotions, and habits. Hammersmark questions why many of us allow fear to limit our potential, even in one of the safest societies in the world.
With his unique military background, Hammersmark shares experiences and reflections on self-leadership, trust, and teamwork, essential for both individuals and teams. He takes us back to our human roots to explore the irrational fears that shape our daily lives. How can we identify and improve our reactions, and what can we learn from high-performance teams to achieve strong results?
This lecture shows how small adjustments can have a big impact on your life and workplace. Hammersmark argues that high standards can be combined with a supportive atmosphere. Values such as care, cooperation, and social safety become key factors for development and performance.
Join a journey toward better teamwork and increased mastery, where Hammersmark also shares insights from “Kompani Lauritzen” and shows how we can break barriers and become versions of ourselves we can be proud of.
Welcome to a lecture that will leave a lasting impression!
