Inside to outside – climbing

Have you been climbing indoors for a while and want to get started with outdoor climbing? This course provides a safe and practical introduction to climbing at bolted crags, with a focus on skill development, safety, and enjoyable experiences.

The course takes place at Ishol, a beautiful and beginner-friendly climbing area with excellent routes and ideal learning conditions. Over the weekend, you will learn the fundamental skills needed to climb safely outdoors, both on top rope and lead.

June 13–14, 2026

⏰ Daytime – a total of 12 hours over 2 days

Meeting point will be communicated in advance

Requirements for participation:
✔️ Climbing certification card (Brattkort) or equivalent belay certification

✔️ Experience with lead climbing and belaying indoors

Perfect for anyone who wants to become more confident climbing outdoors and open up more opportunities on real rock.
