Are you ready to push your limits? Do you dream of taking the ultimate adrenaline rush – skydiving? Or perhaps you want to give someone a gift they will never forget? A tandem jump is the perfect way to experience the raw, intense free fall – no long preparations required. With an experienced and specially trained instructor by your side, you leap from 4,000 meters above the ground. For the next 40–45 seconds, you’ll soar through the air at exhilarating speeds of up to 200 km/h in an unforgettable experience.
Want to take the excitement even further? Skydive Oppdal offers comprehensive parachute courses in both spring and autumn, turning your dream of becoming a solo skydiver into reality.
Skydive Oppdal, originally NTNU Skydiving Club, is Norway’s second-oldest skydiving club. Founded in 1968 as NTH Skydiving Club, it has long been a hub for skydiving enthusiasts. The club operates from Oppdal Airport, Fagerhaug, where a one-kilometer runway and a spacious, safe landing area provide optimal conditions for every jump.
In the club hangar – shared with the gliding club – all parachute packing and maintenance takes place, and the club’s aircraft are stored here. The hangar includes a cozy loft with a kitchen, shower, and a welcoming lounge area to relax after a jump. In addition, the club has its own clubhouse, Luftslottet, offering beds for 16 people, a large modern kitchen, and a comfortable bathroom – perfect for recharging before your next airborne adventure.
