In the center of Oppdal, Bakeriet SPRØ serves freshly baked goods, handmade sandwiches, and high-quality coffee. Everything is baked in a stone oven, with a daily and seasonal variety based on inspiration and fresh ingredients.

The breads are long-fermented overnight and made without additives. The baking style blends French, American, and Norwegian traditions – all crafted by hand.

SPRØ shares its space with Mathallen Smak og Behag and has become a popular gathering place for locals and visitors alike. Through the open kitchen, you can watch the bakers work with sourdough and stone ovens – real craftsmanship in every bite.

The coffee comes from the renowned JACU roastery in Ålesund, delivered fresh and full of flavor. The menu also includes smoothies, fresh juices, hot drinks, and a selection of lunch options such as sandwiches and pastries.
